summary
The CQF series fluoroplastic magnetic drive centrifugal pump uses fluoroplastic alloy polytetrafluoroethylene (F4) and perfluoroethylene propylene (F6) as the umbrella part of the medium flow section, which are scientifically formulated into (F50-1) material through high-temperature sintering and molding. It is suitable for transporting various highly corrosive liquids without solid particles at any concentration under temperature conditions of -80 ℃ -+120 ℃, especially for transporting expensive, highly toxic, flammable and explosive solutions, which particularly demonstrates the superior performance of this pump. The traditional shaft seal using magnetic coupling for indirect drive has been eliminated, completely eliminating the problem of leakage and truly achieving the goal of not polluting the site and wasting raw materials.
This product is suitable for the transportation of solutions in various industries such as chemical industry, acid and alkali production, non-ferrous metal smelting, acid washing process, rare earth separation, pesticides, dyes, pharmaceuticals, electroplating, etc.
